Passaic County Women’s Center (PCWC) provides free, culturally responsive education and support services for women, men and children who are victims of sexual assault and intimate partner violence.
Services include emergency safe house for adults and their children, sexual assault response team accompaniment to the three area hospitals, empowerment counseling and case management, support groups, legal advocacy, community education and prevention and PALS (Peace: A Learned Solution). PALS is an intensive six-month program utilizing creative arts therapies for children affected by domestic violence, ages 3-12.
PCWC is the state-designated lead domestic violence and sexual assault agency in Passaic County.
Services are inclusive of individuals from all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, ages, genders, colors, creeds or disabilities.
